Waste of time. Travelled to Elche specially for this tour but there was no sign of the guide. When I messaged they said they were "out of town." Never thought to let us know in advance. Really poor.
Carlos fue muy amable al continuar con el paseo a pesar de que no se presentaron las otras personas que habían reservado. Ha sido un guía muy ameno y y nos ha contado cosas muy interesantes de Elche
Elena is a lovely young person, however is a very inexperienced tour guide. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism because Elena is very friendly, but there was little to no information on this tour. Definitely some research, experience, and maybe seeing some other tours would benefit. Also less walking and more talking, this was a WALKING tour in the very literal sense, we didn't stop for over an hour! Hopefully we will be back to see an improved tour, all the best for the future!
