Come guida turistica professionista fluente in inglese e spagnolo, sono profondamente appassionata di cultura, storia e mitologia indiana. Trovo immensa gioia nell'esplorare come la cultura indiana si è evoluta nel corso di migliaia di anni e come è stata plasmata dalle influenze di altre culture. Il Rajasthan, situato nella parte occidentale dell'India, occupa un posto speciale in questa storia. La capitale, Jaipur, è un crogiolo in cui le influenze delle culture mediorientali, che per prime entrarono in India attraverso il Rajasthan, possono ancora essere osservate, sebbene ora si siano fuse perfettamente con la cultura locale. Con un Master in Storia e un Master in Museologia e Conservazione, sono ben equipaggiata per fornire informazioni approfondite su questi argomenti. Condividere il ricco patrimonio culturale e le storie filosofiche e mitologiche dell'India non è solo la mia professione, ma la mia passione. Rich is a fantastic and enthusiastic guide. He’s super competent and knows a lot of Jaipur and India’s history. A very wonderful experience.
The tour with Rich (Aditya) was great and very interactive. He knows a lot about the history and culture of Jaipur/India and was eager to share his knowledge and answer all our questions. Although we were only 2 people (during off-season/April) he took his time and offered guiding us with very short notice. We visited some hidden places (temples/markets) that we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Also, he invited us for a Lassi as refreshment in the middle of the tour. We recommend him and Rich Walk a lot and would book again!
We had an absolutely spectacular experience on the free walking tour in Jaipur with our guide Adit from Rich Walk. Adit was an incredible guide — knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. He shared countless fascinating stories and took us to places that are well off the typical tourist track, allowing us to discover the real essence of Jaipur. Thanks to him, we gained a much deeper understanding of the city's rituals, culture, and social dynamics. It felt like we were truly immersed in the local way of life. We loved every moment of the tour and would do it again without hesitation. Our only regret was that it had to end — we could have kept going for hours because it was that amazing. The guide texted me multiple times (very last minute) to try to convince me to move the tour to another time - we have a tight itinerary so I told him (multiple times) that it’s not possible. Then we arrive to the meeting point and the guide is not there. I text him that we are waiting, he told us to wait 5 minutes because other participants were lost and he was finding them. We waited for more than 20 minutes in the heat. Then we decided to cancel and told him how disappointed we were. He then started another excuse that he was supposedly in a traffic accident… A bunch of different excuses: this organization is untrustworthy and unreliable. Waste of time for us.
