As a professional tour guide fluent in both English and Spanish, I am deeply passionate about Indian culture, history, and mythology. I find immense joy in exploring how Indian culture has evolved over thousands of years and how it has been shaped by the influences of other cultures. Rajasthan, located in the western part of India, holds a special place in this history. The capital, Jaipur, is a melting pot where the influences of Middle Eastern cultures, which first entered India through Rajasthan, can still be observed, though they have now blended seamlessly into the local culture.
With a Master's degree in History and master’s in Museology and Conservation, I am well-equipped to provide insightful information on these subjects. Sharing the rich cultural heritage and the philosophical and mythological stories of India is not just my profession but my passion. These stories, which are deeply intertwined with our 5,000-year-old culture, have profoundly influenced Indian architecture, and I love to discuss how this evolution is reflected in the structures you see today.
In addition to guiding, I am eager to connect with people to enhance my Spanish, as I am currently at the B1 level in my learning journey. My tours are more than just sightseeing—they are an opportunity to delve into the fascinating tales of India's past and see how these narratives have shaped our present.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you.
Rich is a fantastic and enthusiastic guide. He’s super competent and knows a lot of Jaipur and India’s history. A very wonderful experience.
The tour with Rich (Aditya) was great and very interactive. He knows a lot about the history and culture of Jaipur/India and was eager to share his knowledge and answer all our questions. Although we were only 2 people (during off-season/April) he took his time and offered guiding us with very short notice. We visited some hidden places (temples/markets) that we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Also, he invited us for a Lassi as refreshment in the middle of the tour. We recommend him and Rich Walk a lot and would book again!
We had an absolutely spectacular experience on the free walking tour in Jaipur with our guide Adit from Rich Walk. Adit was an incredible guide — knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. He shared countless fascinating stories and took us to places that are well off the typical tourist track, allowing us to discover the real essence of Jaipur. Thanks to him, we gained a much deeper understanding of the city's rituals, culture, and social dynamics. It felt like we were truly immersed in the local way of life. We loved every moment of the tour and would do it again without hesitation. Our only regret was that it had to end — we could have kept going for hours because it was that amazing. Highly, highly recommend
The guide texted me multiple times (very last minute) to try to convince me to move the tour to another time - we have a tight itinerary so I told him (multiple times) that it’s not possible. Then we arrive to the meeting point and the guide is not there. I text him that we are waiting, he told us to wait 5 minutes because other participants were lost and he was finding them. We waited for more than 20 minutes in the heat. Then we decided to cancel and told him how disappointed we were. He then started another excuse that he was supposedly in a traffic accident… A bunch of different excuses: this organization is untrustworthy and unreliable. Waste of time for us.
