Excellent tour! Anna was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dealt well with a potential pickpocket and answered all questions.
Williams was a fun guide! He made me feel very welcome in the Ivory Coast. The route was short! But that was do to with my own time constraints. I would highly recommend to take a tour with him!

We appreciated the guide's pleasant and friendly demeanor. His laid back style allowed us to discover a lot of Prizren on our own. We think there is room for improvement in a few areas. Time management - our 2 hour tour was really around 5 hours! Relationships with locals - at a few stops on our tour, it was unsure if we would be able to enter or not. For example, the archeological museum was closed, with no explanation. Organization - the tour could be more structured and would benefit from a common thread linking the stops together. We would have appreciated more background information. I encourage the guide to polish up his delivery and compress the tour to improve retention.
