El tour fue excelente, muy completo y bien organizado. Norlan fue súper amable y simpático en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. El recorrido fue muy personalizado, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Además, tuvo un bonito detalle al regalarme unas postales de recuerdo. ¡100 % recomendable!
Fue un excelente guía, paseamos por todos los puntos históricos y se explayo en historia en cada lugar. Entramos a varios puntos donde era posible ingresar gratis y tuvimos un tour muy entretenido. Lo super recomiendo, además habla francés e inglés a la perfección. No se lo pierdan si pasan por cienfuegos este es el tour recomendado.

Great experience with Norlan! It was a pleasant and prepared guide walking us through Cienfuegos. In addition, as a souvenir he gave us some nice postcards! I suggest to take a tour with him through the city, especially if you stay few days, so you can see all the main landmarks.
