Yusa didn’t inform me even though I messaged him the previous day. When I arrived at the meeting point and called him, he informed me that he’s not coming. He asked me to give the phone to the ticketing counter guys. They found a guide who was waiting there for me. Thankfully, the guide they found, was awesome. But I had to change my whole day’s plans because I didn’t get the walking tour that was promised.
Tour guide did not show up after I waited for him
The guide never showed up. I message him and called a few times. He finally said he would arrive in 10 minutes but didn’t come. He sent a temple employee. This person was very nice, guided us through the process but did not have all the knowledge and his English was fair. We did only the temple. No coffee plantation, no Art market, etc.
La energía del templo y la purificación es única. Merece la pena el tour simplemente por vivir la experiencia. En mi caso, el tour lo hice yo solo, porque no había más turistas ese día, y la verdad, la actitud del guía era mejorable. Lo cual sorprende, para un sito tan espiritual como Pura Tirta Empul. Era evidente que no quería estar allí con un solo turista y en una hora y media liquido el tour. Recomiedo hacerlo, simplemente por entender cómo los balineses hacen su purificación, es único. Y la energía que hay en el ambiente es muy potente.
Tour was great, but didn’t realize he was going to take such great content of me! Amazing, highly recommend.
