Dear Amy, I am very sorry about your rewiev. About the introduction to the local drinks: the bars we attended, like all over the world offer both international and local drinks. You just drank wine and I totally explained the ones you have chosen. I am a tour guide and not a bartender and as I suggested you, the bartenders could give you all the informations that you might ask. Sad bars: Thursday night, you are on holliday, the locals work the following day. Moreover before you ask a good wine you have to pay the right price(italian wines are famous all over the world!) Do you really think that I'd need a tour to drink for free?! This is respectfull, and trust me I don't need to work if I want drink for free: everybody knows the local tour guide and it's normal for him but clearly you don't know the tourism works. Last but not least: check the rewievs of the bars we visited and before you book a tour in english make sure that all the members of your group can understand the Language!
