We were very disappointed with our tour with Scandic Tours. The guides did not make an effort to connect with us and one was quite rude and abrupt and made us feel uncomfortable. We found that the guides spent more time talking to other people at the venues, not the tour group. The stops included on the tour looked interesting, but because we weren’t enjoying ourselves, we decided to leave the tour early.
