The tour was canceled
First time I ever had a tour cancelled. Although I was emailed the day before I don’t always check email on vacation or at least every day. Have another scheduled for tomorrow but can’t be sure
He cancels about 50% of the time, Make other plans
Unfortunately we booked the tour 3.5 hours before it was due to start. I received a confirmation that we were booked but in an email sent by the guide an hour after the tour should have started, he told us that he was unaware that we had booked the 10.30 am tour as he was asleep and thought that nobody had booked the tour and so did not turn up. Very disappointing and not a good introduction to Guruwalks.
Excellent tour! Rob was so funny, knowledgeable, interesting and full of advice for everything we needed for our stay in Toronto. I recommend this tour 100%
