When booking with Guruwalk, the tour is only offered in English, so neither I as the owner nor my colleague Marlon, who led the tour with you that day, can understand why you expected a Spanish-language tour. Your review does not reflect our standards or our quality. In the past, Marlon has received consistently positive reviews as a guide, including for the same tour on the same day from other participants. Rather, we have the feeling that you want to take your anger out on us. You became angry during the tour because you could not follow the English-language tour. At this point again: We only offer this tour in English. You had the opportunity to leave the tour at any time. However, your behavior caused delays and annoyance for other participants. I wish you a good trip, and ask you to read the tour descriptions more carefully in the future and then consider whether this is the right one for your needs.
