I loved my street food tasting tour with Angie. She was so kind and interesting, really knows and cares about the street vendors she visits, so you are welcomed with a big smile everywhere with her. My favourite part was getting to taste exotic fruits I had never even heard of. Highly recommend!
This was the worst experience with Guru walking tours ever. I’ve used this company many times visiting various countries. We only had two days in Cartagena. I signed up for this food tour weeks before. The morning of, I received a confirmation of the tour. After I received the confirmation, the guide, Willy, messages me right before I was leaving the hotel to go meet him. He cancelled the tour on me and my husband because he thought it wasn’t worth his time to take us around with such a small group. No wonder he has such a poor rating. I even got a warning from Guru the morning of saying that he has a high record of canceling. Do not even bother booking with Willy. He doesn’t even realize he’s ruining people’s precious time and ruining their vacation.
1 hour before our meeting thay sent a text on whatsapp that they dont have availability! Very bad english by the way. I couldn't change my plan so i went to the meeting point but there were no one. Than i sent them massages , they just very unprofessional and not good English. I did not made the tour in the end and the screwed my whole day.not recommended at all
