The tour was changed last minute. They’ve sent the notification 10 min before the changed time/date of the tour.

I made a mistake, I wanted to change the date for the next day and instead I put the day before, anyway the tour was not available for your date. Next time, if I am not available, I will cancel the tour directely, to be sure to not do mistakes again

Ich hatte die Tour für Montag Nachmittag gebucht. Am Sonntag um 19:05 h erhielt ich eine whatts App Nachricht, dass die Tour auf Sonntag 19:15 Uhr vorverlegt werden muss. Da ich in diesem Moment über 100 km entfernt von Genua war, konnte ich natürlich nicht in 10 Minuten vor Ort sein. Schon ein sehr eigenartiges Vorgehen…
