Disappointing & frustrating - Although I received a confirmation email for this tour and arrived at the meeting point ten minutes before the agreed time, this guide never showed up. He did not send a cancellation message nor did he respond to any of the text messages I sent him via the app ('contact the guru') whilst waiting for him! I hope nothing serious happened to Flavio Andre but I this experience was a let down.
It was great fun with Flavio. He’s an interesting guy with an unusual life path, hence a lot to share. The linguistic part can be helpful for someone who’s looking to practice a foreign language. I was more thrilled to discover places with a local. Either one time participation or regular visits. it makes up a real fun activity.
