This was a helpful intro to Valparaiso. Joaquin was knowledgeable and helpful! Finding him was easy as well. Good communication ! The trip was conducted in both English and Spanish which slows it down quite a bit when everything needs to be said twice. I would prefer just one language so we could cover more ground and receive more information.
