I am a LOCAL, born and raised in Porto, also a local surfer and a great wipeouter 🏄‍♂️ 🤭.

I lived 2 years in London where I improved my English, and I have more than 10 years working as a English speaking guide in Portugal.

Wr showed up at the location 15 minutes before the your and Nuno did not show up. I sent him a couple of messages and he did not respond.

I would like to begin by apologizing for all the inconvenience I caused. Your 1-star rating is completely fair. I just want to clarify that missing the tour was not intentional. It was negligence on my part: I was unaware that I had this booking in my calendar and therefore missed your messages. I know this does not give you back the time you lost, but the truth is there was no ill intent on my side. I take full responsibility for what happened. I am not asking for another chance. I just want you to know that I have read your review, I accept it entirely, and I am genuinely sorry.
