Even though I was the only guest, Camilo graciously offered to continue the tour. Camilo seamlessly wove murals, and the history of Chile and Valpo into a very informative and interesting tour. He effortlessly explained in understandable terms the different artists' techniques and message/goal. This easily ranks in the top tours I've taken. 3 hours passed quickly. I highly recommend if you're interested in street art at all.

I’d heard some scary stories about Valparaíso before coming, but my walk with Camilo completely changed my mind! The tour hits all the important spots in the city, and as an artist himself, Camilo gave really in-depth explanations about the street art — the artists, their styles, and the stories behind each piece. The few galleries we visited were all unique, and I even went back afterwards for a closer look. We also stopped at cute cafés and street stalls along the way for coffee and juice, and Camilo shared lots of insights about the history and culture of Valparaíso. The route was so well chosen that I actually walked it again on my own afterwards. 120% would recommend it!

Do not miss this tour of Valparaiso with Camilo! My husband and I did the arts focused walking tour with Camilo and both of us thought that he is easily one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had across all of the countries we visit. He made the city come alive for us and his passion for Chilean history, for this city, and for his fellow artists are infectious. Highly recommend!
