Hello alfonso, firstly I feel so sad that you have a bad experience. Secondly I show you several point from my perspectives: 1. When I met you and your family, you feel so tired because you have been walking for a whole day and taking your shopping items. I was talking with your elder sister and younger brother all the time while you take all your luggage behind with no interaction with us.I told you a lot of history/economy/politics about the city while it is very hard to get your feedback because you are exhausted and I don't know how to deal with the situation. 2. I was guiding you for 4.5 hours(from 7 pm to 11:30 pm), it was the longest trip comparing the other guests and I show you all the information you need including the transportation/currency/salary/meal/culture/mountain, and I take you to local bar and traditional Cantonese cuisines, it is very hard for me to make you satisfied. 3. Your reservation shows that there are only 2 persons but actually it is 3 persons appear, I think it is not good for the tour guide. About the payment issues, you 3 persons only give me 150yuan(less than 20 usd) at the first time with such long trip/so much information/all kinds of service, so I show you my upset but I said "it is up to you". 4. Guruwalk is a public welfare platform with no deposit and any advance payment, the tour guide is also the local free lancer instead the waiter/waitress , so just make friends with them instead of being like the clients, and you can get more fun from it.
