I joined a World War II and Holocaust walking tour Amsterdam and had an outstanding experience thanks to our guide David. He brought a deep level of knowledge to every stop, explaining the history in a way that was clear, thoughtful, and grounded in real context. What stood out most was how kind and generous he was with his time. He didn’t rush through anything and made space for questions, taking time to explain details that added real meaning to what we were seeing. You could tell he cared about the subject and about doing it justice. The tour was respectful, informative, and handled with care. It added a lot of depth to my understanding of Amsterdam’s history during WWII. I would highly recommend this tour and my guide David to anyone visiting Amsterdam who wants a well-informed, and human approach to this part of history. I went on 4 tours during my week in Amsterdam and this was by far the best one. Thank you David!!!
