There was no tour today Christmas Day even if scheduled. I messaged the guru too but no response. I also waited at the meeting point looking for the blue umbrella but there was nobody. Quite disappointing

Quentin was excellent-engaging, humorous and kept the tour very interactive. His information was insightful, lively and kept our group on our toes- literally and figuratively! I highly recommend doing a tour with him.

Dear Susan, We are sorry you did not enjoy your tour with our guide Alison. In the part review that only we can read with your argumentation, you tell us you feel like Alison did not give you proper personal attention and that is why you didn't enjoy the tour. Alison tells me she tried to nudge you in to the group and get you to take part in the group. She also said you didn't respond to it and kept placing yourself outside the group from the beginning. Alison is a good tour guide that works hard to be aware of the group dynamics. I am sorry it influenced the qualitiy of your tour soo much, that you felt you had to overall write her a bad review.
