Every time I go to a new city the first thing I do is the walking tour, that way I can have an overview of the city and then come back to the places I liked the most already Knowing the history behind it. My guide was very nice however the information given was “messy”, ended up being confusing, boring and not what it was supposed to... “a tale” .

Hi Veronica. We’ve talked with our guide to understand what happened, because we prepared a visit in a way that everybody can easily follow and enjoy, no matter the previous knowledge they have. Our guide has said that you were leaving the group from time to time to take pictures with your friend and then you joined again, losing key parts of the explanation. In this case, it’s logical that you got lost with the contents and at a certain point you found difficulties in following it, but this isn’t our guide’s fault, and we find very unfair that you give us two stars because of that. There were other people in the group and the guide couldn’t stop his explanation and make them wait for you, that wouldn’t have been kind and fair with the others. On the other hand, we can be sure that his visit kept the quality that always has because we also had other reviews talking about that day, and all of them were positive. We always try to learn from our mistakes, but it’s impossible to learn from your review, as it doesn’t reflect the way the tour really is because you missed some parts.
