Un tour imprescindible porque visitas un lugar que necesita ser fomentado, es interesante, nos sorprendió y no lo hubiéramos conocido sin el tour.

¡Una experiencia que no debes dejar pasar! 100% recomendado para aquellos que quieran aprender sobre la localidad. Percibimos que Gonzalo conocía muy bien la historia, la política y la cultura no sólo de Puerto Rico; sino de toda la comunidad caribeña.

Gonzalo was nice in the beginning but as time went on, his “jokes” were borderline rude. He could also tell that he offended me on a few occasions and did apologize as I stopped engaging. I was the only one in the group and brought my husband. I was grateful that Gonzalo let him come but no one else showed up. Which is why Gonzalo had to repeat MANY times and even at the end for his “tip.” That was his only focus. On one occasion, Gonzalo said “ I wasted my time” because we didn’t get his question / quiz right. I have done many guru walks over Europe and asia and would not recommend him.

Tuvimos la suerte de contar con Gonzalo como nuestro guía en el recorrido gratuito por el Viejo San Juan. A pesar de que solo éramos dos personas, Gonzalo decidió llevar a cabo el tour, demostrando un compromiso excepcional con su labor y los visitantes. Sus explicaciones fueron no solo detalladas, sino también entregadas con un sentido de humor que hizo la experiencia mucho más amena y ligera.
Gonzalo mostró un conocimiento profundo sobre la historia y los secretos del Viejo San Juan, lo que enriqueció nuestra visita. Además, sus recomendaciones sobre dónde comer y qué visitar en los próximos días fueron precisas y muy útiles, adaptadas a nuestros intereses y gustos.
Si bien el grupo era más pequeño de lo usual, esto resultó en una experiencia más personalizada y enriquecedora. Sin duda, Gonzalo es un guía que se destaca no solo por su saber, sino por su capacidad de conectar con las personas y hacer que cada recorrido sea memorable. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier visitante del Viejo San Juan que busque una experiencia informativa y disfrutable que considere unirse a un tour con él. El tur fue en ingles .
We were fortunate to have Gonzalo as our guide on the free walking tour in Old San Juan. Although there were only two of us, Gonzalo decided to conduct the tour, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to his work and the visitors. His explanations were not only detailed, but also delivered with a sense of humor that made the experience much more enjoyable and engaging.
Gonzalo exhibited a deep knowledge of the history and secrets of Old San Juan, which enriched our visit. Furthermore, his recommendations on where to eat and what to visit in the following days were accurate and very helpful, tailored to our interests and tastes.
While the group was smaller than usual, this resulted in a more personalized and enriching experience. Without a doubt, Gonzalo is a guide who stands out not only for his knowledge but also for his ability to connect with people and make each tour memorable. I highly recommend any visitor to Old San Juan who is looking for an informative and enjoyable experience to consider joining a tour with him.

Really good tour, very informative on history. But tell him exactly what you want to see. Did show us a lot of local things. Not at much the main things to do in the area. Glad I went
