Flavio agreed to do the tour earlier than the booked time and when I arrived I was the only person on the tour for that day. I was very fortunate because it turned out to be the best walking tour ever. Flavio is so passionate about his city and his country and he enjoyes sharing his knowledge. He is also a very intelligent and interesting person and I felt like I have come to visit an old friend showing me his city. What was supposed to be a 3 hour tour turned out to be nearly 5 hours and I enjoyed every moment of it. I can really highly recommend Flavio as your guide to make Cuenca come alive. Do your walking tour with Flavio first thing when you arrive to Cuenca so that you have time to go back to all the litle secret places he will show you. 10/10 for Flavio. Thanks for making my visit to Cuenca special and unforgettable.

Mel fue una guía buena que nos dis mucha información curiosa y entretenida, solo le recomendaría tener un parlante o hablar más fuerte ya que el grupo era grande y no se escuchaba bien, además no debería tocar temas de opinión política

I really enjoyed the tour with Diego. He was always able to answer my questions, and it was a great way to learn about Cuenca's history and nice spots!

There is a lot to see in Cuenca and Jenny took us to many, many places. Jenny has a great deal of knowledge about the city and it was very interesting. She has a very quiet voice and it was sometimes hard to hear her. The tour was very long, over 31/2 hours.
