He connected with is on an authentic level and was respectful of everyone on the tour, no matter what their level of participation. Jose gave an excellent tour of the city. He talks in a loud and clear voice, speaks English perfectly, and has in-depth knowledge of the city’s history, while still providing the information in an entertaining way that was easy to comprehend.
