This guy is a passionate local chief. In a restaurant,so he knows where to bring you
To discover authentic dishes and the correct way to eat them. I'd definetly recommand his tour for curious tourists who want to discover vietnam culinary culture in general, and hanoï's one in particular, just in few hours easy walking tour. Keep going bro you are amazing !

Our guide was Chris N., a local chef, who loves food as much as we do and obviously enjoyed sharing his favourite food spots and dishes. We learned about their historical and cultural background, and stumbled upon delicious and interesting surprises along the way. Chris opened our eyes to the Vietnamese cuisine and we absolutely recommend his tour :)
