We had such a wonderful experience on this walking tour of Kyoto. Our host was incredibly warm and lovely, and clearly very knowledgeable about the area and its history. It was the perfect way to get our bearings and start understanding the city when we first arrived. We learnt so much while exploring, and it gave us a much deeper appreciation for Kyoto. Our host was also incredibly helpful after the tour, recommending a great place for lunch when we asked.
We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto, especially if it’s your first time in the city.

Ayumi was wonderful. She is a very good story teller. We have booked other tours through another website and have been disappointed with the guides so thought we would try Guru walks. So pleased we did. Loved it.
