Proprio come il percorso della street art, dai suoi oscuri inizi come forma d'arte guerrigliera considerata "vandalismo" fino alla sua successiva adozione come alta cultura, anche Palermo ha avuto i suoi umili inizi come quartiere operaio, ma si è trasformato nella zona più alla moda della città. Recentemente, la street art ha stimolato una rinascita giovanile della cultura urbana grazie ai muralisti che utilizzano l'arte pubblica per umanizzare il paesaggio urbano. Oggi, gli artisti esprimono le passioni più profonde del paese, dal calcio, alla politica e all'identità, in un vibrante arazzo urbano rappresentato in enormi murales, paste-up e altro ancora.

We had such a wonderful experience exploring Palermo Soho with Rodrigo! He showed us so much of the incredible mural and street art and shared beautiful and interesting information about each piece, the artists, and the area.
What was supposed to be a 2-hour tour turned into almost 3 hours, but we enjoyed every minute of it! We even had a lovely stop for coffee together in a place surrounded by murals, which made the experience even more special.
Rodrigo was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, and you could really feel how much he loves sharing the stories behind the art. We learned so much and had a great time together.
Don’t miss this tour if you are visiting Buenos Aires, especially Palermo Soho! Highly recommended, and thank you, Rodrigo, for such a memorable experience!
