This is the best tour I have ever taken! I travel often and always take a free tour in each location that I go, and with a very solid basis, I can say this is one of the best tour experience that I have had. Great energy, information, sympathy … Is really well prepared. Do not hesitate and take Kilian’s tour!

I’m a digital nomad and travel extensively, so I’ve been on many tours across different cities and countries. This was truly one of the best. You can immediately feel Kilian’s deep passion for Lausanne and its history. His knowledge goes far beyond surface facts. He dives into the layers of history, culture, and even the biogeology of the land, weaving it all into a story that feels alive and grounded. I was only in Lausanne for a few hours, yet by the end of the tour I felt fully immersed in the city’s cultural richness and spirit. It was the kind of experience that makes a place stay with you long after you leave. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants more than just sightseeing and is curious about the deeper story of a place.

Kilian was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. The tour was well planned with lots of historic and local stories. It was just myself and my husband on the tour, so it had a more private feeling, Kilian also adopted slightly the tour based on our needs. We had an amazing time!

Kilian is an awesome tour guide. He showed us all the 'must sees' of Lausanne, and many other hidden gems. His depth of knowledge and love for Lausanne is obvious. I would highly recommend his tour!

If your interests focus on the historical aspects of various locations primarily, this tour is for you. The visits were outside each location, so inner exploration was not included. The tour leader was very pleasant and well-informed. Perhaps include fewer dates and more tales of those who lived/worked in the various locations would make the sites more relatable.
