Great and short introduction to Lima historical centre. It was nice to hear more about history and culture

Es un tour entretenido, aunque los recorridos son largo y los lugares a donde se va no son muchos. El guía es entretenido, y la información es interesante aunque a veces no tiene un hilo conductor. Creo que lo que se paga en el tour podría ser menos.

The tour was really interesting, with lots of fascinating stories and facts. The guide showed us some great places and made the experience engaging by sharing stories and perspectives from local people. That said, at times it felt a bit strange when the guide shared very personal opinions and experiences, especially regarding conspiracy theories. Also, finishing eating food that had been bought for us was a little unexpected. Overall, though, an interesting experience with plenty of memorable stories and insights.

History. Geopolitical summary. Foody focused. So much information is such a short time. Thank you Bruce

Ha sido un tour súper interesante y absolutamente recomendable. Además de descubrir la zona, las explicaciones de Bruce aportan muchísimo valor: ayudan a poner todo en contexto y a entender mejor la historia del lugar.

Bruce went above and beyond. This was my first experience on guru, I usually pay upfront for a walking tour. Bruce although had an unconventional start with people in the tour starting at different points. After we all meet up we learnt so much about Peruvian history its was truely knowledge information. After our pisco sour, Bruce even went further beyond his need and we all shared a meal out which was exceptional. Truely humble, funny, kind and caring guide, thank you the memories it will last a lifetime.

Bruce was an excellent guide who provided an alternative introduction to Lima and Peru. We learnt a lot on our tour about the history of the country and city.

This guy knows his stuff!! I love that he ties the tour into his own personal history and the history of all the subgroups within Peru. This is such a wonderful tour to gain insight into the colonial but also the current history of Peru and the direction it is moving in.

There was a problem with arranging the time of the tour as we had a time change from 10:30 am to 4 pm. In some ways, this was a positive as it allowed us extra time to get to the meeting place. Also, it was interesting to be in the Centro Historico area as the sun set. Overall, Bruce managed to keep us informed and interested in the topic.

Fun tour of street food in the center of Lima! Lots of markets and stalls, great intro to classic Peruvian street food with a bit of history. For adventurous travelers who don’t mind (or enjoy) the chaos. Bruce was friendly, passionate, and eccentric! Would recommend

Great experience! Aside from the food, that we could try several of the amazing local dishes, the guide gave us a different perspective of the city based on historical data and personal experience.
