Description
This deeply personal tour of Ground Zero begins at the site of what served as a rescue center for victims and place for mementos after the attacks St. Pauls Chapel. The historic church was miraculously unharmed when the Twin Towers fell.
Youll then walk to the 911 Memorial where well reflect on the lives lost in the World Trade Center attacks. See Reflecting Absence, the largest man-made waterfalls on the continent. Your guide will share the meaning behind the memorial, stories from the day, and how New Yorkers came together in the aftermath.
Afterward, visit the 911 Museum with your skip-the-line ticket for a self-guided tour of the exhibits and artifacts. Next, walk over to Freedom Tower, and in the lobby, you can watch Voices, a film about the Twin Towers and Freedom Tower, before riding the SkyPod elevator 1,250 feet up. Visit the tri-level One World Observatory for panoramic views of NYC, immersive LED displays, and the See Forever Theater.

Voucher Information
- Your physical tickets will be given to you at check in at the start of the tour.
- No need to print out the ticket simply tell the guide your name

- Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the tour start time wearing an orange hat and holding an orange sign.
- Please note, the last stop of the tour is the One World Observatory, allowing you to stay as long as you wish.

- Please arrive 15 minutes early as we start promptly. If you are late, there is no guarantee you will find the tour group, and no refunds.
- The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Observatory and Museum requires airport security type screening. All large bags need to be checked.
- Observatory and Museum entry time are TIMED.
- Gratuities always appreciated.
Rescheduling Policy
- In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or offered a refund.

- Tour operates rain or shine. A large portion of this tour is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 911 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are datetime specific
- 911 Museum policy You will get a timed entry into the 911 Museum. Depending on availability, your ticket may be for immediately after your walking tour conclusion or some time later. The museum reserves the right not to admit you if you are early or late. You cannot re-enter the museum. There is a security checkpoint upon entering the museum. All large bags will need to be left at the coat check. You can bring in food and beverages must consume them in the Atrium level. No flash photography is allowed. No talking on cell phones
- Freedom Tower policy Tickets are only available for a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. Typically, the entry time for the 1030am tour is 2pm the 1pm tour typically has an entry time of 430pm. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified by the local tour operator to select another date, another tour, or a refund
