Meeting point:Meet in front of the National Museum of the American Indian at the statue with the sphinx and lion. When you are facing the museum entrance, it's the last statue on the right. The meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.

- All guests are required to pass through airport-style security to board the ferry and again to disembark
- Please note, that the ferry does not operate during heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions; when this occurs, an alternative option is provided
- The guided portion of the tour ends on Liberty Island, though your ticket provides access to Ellis Island if you choose to stay on your own
- Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your tour. Transportation in NYC whether by taxi, car, or subway is notoriously slow and can often be unreliable
- No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows
