* No bikes, scooters, or skateboards * Strollers must be folded on elevators and escalators * Only normal-size backpacks/bags permitted. No storage facilities are available. Bags may be inspected * Special rates for NYC residents & US military available directly with the venue * Free entrance for kids under 6 * Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult * Only service animals are allowed * Show your Edge NYC tickets at the main entrance (Level 4, The Shops & Restaurants) * Make sure to arrive on time for your selected timeslot * No outside food or drinks allowed, with the exception of bottled water in a closed container * Photography permitted for private use only. No tripods, lights, and other professional equipment allowed * Average length of visit: 45-60 minutes
