The guide will be waiting at the corner of Calle Alcalá and Calle Julio Camba. Exit the metro at the Ventas stop and take the Calle Julio Camba exit. Please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure time.
Customers must present their booking confirmation at the meeting point so that the guide can grant them access to the bus.
