* You must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Failure to show up at the established check-in time may entail losing the tour.
* 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 24 hours or no show.
* According to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events RM reserves the right to change the schedule, routes or close part of the museum tour. Please be informed before the visit.
* Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited The perimeter of the playing field Virtual reality area The Presidential Box First team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team Players tunnel and the press room.

- The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area and the Official Store. Access to the changing rooms, benches, presidential box and press room is temporarily restricted
- The turf has been removed from the pitch
- Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable
- Wheelchair users please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu
- There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc
- We do not provide a left-luggage service
- Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the childrens age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
