9. If you booked a 4-hour option, you will receive a fully guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey interiors and exteriors (skip-the-line tickets) with a Guide. In case of unexpected closures, we will offer an audio guide or refund the ticket cost.
10. If you booked a 3-hour option, you will receive a guided tour of Westminster City and Abbey exteriors plus free entry to the Abbey organ recital (self-visit).

- 3-hour option Please note that on Sundays, the Abbey offers free entry for those wishing to participate in an organ recital. After the tour, you can visit the Abbey on your own without the guide.
- Tickets to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Palace and other attractions are not included in this tour.
- There is no luggage storage. Pets are not allowed.
