* Metro: M1 (yellow) / M2 (red) / M3 (blue) to Deák tér station, then walk on Károly körút towards Astoria square
* Tram: 47, 49 to Astoria station, then walk on Károly körút towards Deák tér
* Bus: 7, 78 to Astoria station, then walk on Károly körút towards Deák tér
* The Dohány Synagogue is at walking distance from the Danube, from the downtown hotels in Pest and the pedestrian shopping street Váci utca
* Please dress appropriately. Men must wear a kippah (available on-site)
* Mandatory security check at the entry. No tripods & backpacks larger than hand-luggage
* Strollers & cameras allowed
