Description
Hear about London during the Blitz, the courage of ordinary people in the face of terror. See the city through the eyes of the iconic Prime Minister on this guided walking tour.
Standing in the locations hit by the Luftwaffe 75 years ago, old photos and incredible stories will invoke the famous Blitz Spirit and transport you back in time. On your journey into the heart of Westminster, you’ll take in the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, Downing Street and Whitehall. See war memorials, a bomb escape hatch, Churchill’s statue, and so much more.
Finish the walk outside the Churchill War Rooms after 90 minutes. If you wish to enter, it is recommended that you book your ticket to the War Rooms in advance to ensure you can walk straight in after finishing the walking tour.

Meeting point:Your guide will be carrying a Fun London Tours sign and will meet you outside Westminster underground station at exit 2. The tour finishes outside the Churchill War Rooms.
What to remember:- This tour runs with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 14 participants
- Those aged 0-4 go for free and do not need a ticket
- The tour lasts 90 minutes and finishes outside the Churchill War Rooms. If you would like to enter the museum, it is recommened that you purchase your tickets (not included) for the Churchill War Rooms in advance
- Please note that the tour will go ahead in all weather conditions
- Some pathways are uneven and this is a 90 minute walking tour. Wheelchair users, those with strollers and pregant participants are welcome but should bear this in mind
