- Please exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper entrance ticket outside the Abbey Shop (the official souvenir shop of Westminster Abbey)
- An Amigo Tours representative will be outside the shop to assist you
- Do not enter the Abbey Shop, as the staff inside are not able to issue your tickets
- Once you have your paper ticket, show it to the staff outside the Abbey Shop for entry

* The tour is in English, but there are audio guides for Houses of Parliament
