Tomasz was a great guide. Very engaging with good humour and patience. We understood a lot more about the origins of Cuenca and why it looks the way it does. And that most of the best places are hidden inside! O:) he brought the city to life for us. The foodie stops were a lovely bonus and the visit to the ‘Ecuador Hat’ museum was definitely far better done with Tomasz as our guide. We recommend!

Gustavo ha sido de los mejores guÃas que he tenido el gusto de conocer en Ecuador. Como Ecuatoriana que viajaba con personas extranjeras, considero que ha sido una de las mejores experiencias ya que Gustavo no solamente nos ha enseñado la ciudad sino que ha intentado que entendamos el contexto de la historia, lo cual es fundamental para conocer el entorno que estás visitando. Ha tenido muchos detalles con nosotras, se ha interesado en las cosas que ya conocÃamos anteriormente y en las que querÃamos conocer y nos ha hecho amar a Cuenca. Si estáis pensando en hacer un Tour con el hazlo sin dudar es 100 % recomendable. Si volviéramos a hacer un Free Tour, seguramente lo harÃamos con él y le estaremos eternamente agradecidas por hacernos conocer esta ciudad.

We had a very nice 4 hour walk through the historic center! The tour was very informative, not just in relation to the City of Cuenca but also to the history of Ecuador in general! Very recommended!
