The tour was interesting enough and the guide was nice... but I signed up for a 2 hour 15 minute tour... when I turned up they said 3 hours and I was already there so just went along with it... but 3 hours and 15 mins later... unprofessional to misrepresent the timing by so much... at least advertise it as 3 hours so people have a better idea of what to expect

Thanks for the private feedback, Peter. You noted that the tour has a lot of information. This is true! Sheva's Walking Tours offers a lot of information (as do most good tours) ranging from history and culture to politics and where to eat the best traditional food in town. The entire Sheva Walking Tours Team believes that one of our goals and responsibilities as a tour organization is to provide sound information to our guests. You also noted that parts of the tour were serious. Unfortunately, war and genocide - part of our recent history and my past - is a serious topic. The team takes the responsibility of presenting these topics to guests seriously. For us, its not a joking matter and we use walking tours as an opportunity to dispel misinformation, propaganda, and stereotypes about our home. I understand that not all guests can appreciate this approach! All best and happy travels.
