Wouldn’t recommend it at all! We booked an English walking tour, in our confirmation mail it said explicitly that the tour will be English. When we arrived at the meeting point the guide said the tour will be Spanish. As we showed her the mail she just said she can’t do something about it. She gave us the number of her boss, the woman on the telephone just said that it isn’t possible to do an English tour This day and that she can’t do anything for us. She didn’t even try to help and couldn’t explain why it said in our mail that the tour would be English. We only had three days in Granada and planned our whole visit after this tour. It was really disappointing. Will never book with this website again.

Response from Granada tours
Dear Anna, We were very disappointed to read your experience with you tour with Granada Tour, whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, please believe we do extend it with all sincerity. I would like to explain why this situation happens. Right now, we are changing the reservation system, and we are not connected with GuruWalk. For this reason, we did not have your reservation in our system, but by email. And we work with different agencies, so when we saw your reservation, as we received the email in Spanish, we thought that it was in Spanish, since now there is not tourists out of Andalucia (for the security measures). Thank you again for your visit and constructive critics, our primary goal being to assure our guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their visits, we are eager to regain your confidence during another occasion if you gave us that chance. Kind regards, Álvaro Vargas COO Granada Tours
