Hi, i am Panos, have been working in the tourism industry and just like you i love to travel. I also like to talk about my favourite subjects, History, Philosophy, Politics, Art & Sciences. Having been in more than 30 countries, i know that what is left after each journey is the beauty of the places and landmarks that we visit but also the stories about them. Journeys would be half their value without learning them, so i would like to share some interesting stories about my birthplace. Oh, i should not forget. This tour includes also questions! Questions set by the famous Greeks you obviously have heard and i would love to hear your own replies and talk about them! Look forward to start our journey.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. Learnt so many new things about Ancient Greece. He made the tour interactive as well which made it more enjoyable. Much better than doing a hop on hop off tour bus.

My partner and I loved the walk - it was a great way to get our bearings around Athens and decide how best use the rest of our time.

Panos is very passionate about his city, its history and culture, and he is very generous with his time and stories.

This tour also be a fantastic way to see a lot if your time is limited.

There was one of the best excursions ever. If I could rate one hundred stars instead of 5 i would have done that. Thank you, Panos, for such a great time in Athens.

Panos's tour was really interesting and fun. He tooks us on an amazing history trip and thoroughly explained how philosophy and democracy were born. I mostly liked the small anecdotes Panos shared about the historical figures of ancient Athens and of course the sweets he kindly shared with us. We really enjoyed the experience and i highly recommend it to any history buff!

Response from Panos:

Hello, Raluca, my dearest "history buff", hope you enjoyed this "lesson"...and may you always learn more! Regards.
