Vasko is an enthusiastic, great, knowledgeable guide, who tells a lot about history, culture, food and much more. He stopped at a Byrek store, and let us taste that typical Macedonian food. It was also nice to have a short break during the tour to have some coffee and go to the toilet. I really enjoyed the tour!! Just one recommendation: I saw some other guides with a microphone. Although Vasko did a great job, due to a lot of noise/sounds, I would recommend he also uses a small microphone for a large group.

Vasko was an amazing guide. My partner and his sister, who are both locals in Skopje, joined me on the tour. They were a little sceptical at first, but once it started, they were genuinely impressed. Vasko is a fantastic storyteller, and we got to see Skopje from a completely different perspective. It’s quite a long walk, so come prepared. Also, don’t drink too much water beforehand. There is a short toilet break about halfway through the tour, but public toilets are not easy to find in Skopje, so keep that in mind. And lastly… guys, please tip your guide properly. I was surprised to see that people from some of the wealthiest countries tended to give the least. That was honestly a bit disappointing.

One of the best free walking tours I've ever done. The tour guide was super friendly, funny and very well informed about Skopje and Macedonia in general. We had a break halfway thru the tour and it qent for 3hrs.

He provides a very honest insight, with an optimistic attitude. He is also personable and entertaining.

Zoran was a very knowledgeable, fun, kind and professional guide! I thoroughly enjoyed the walk through Skopje and 3 hrs went by so fast! We had lots of laughs and learnt a lot! One improvement comment: since the tour is 3 hrs long it would be nice to have a tasting of something on the way and/ or an opportunity for a bathroom break. Otherwise it was absolutely amazing!
