Explore & Learn about Casablanca

I have been a certified tour guide in Casablanca since 2017 and an Airbnb Superhost. After the Arab Spring ignited in 2011 in several North African countries, Libya was one of the countries affected by that virus called Revolution. For this reason, I was invited to travel to a quiet place where there is no shooting. So I decided to travel to Morocco which was a radical investment in my soul and an injection of love for tourism and adventure for me as it was my first time traveling. While I'm here I admired the country and decided to settle in Morocco to have plenty of time to discover its infinite beauty, then I realized that this charm must be shared with visitors, and that's exactly why I'm here ;) Sharing my expertise of the country and culture with you :)

Tour description

Please confirm your attendance by texting me on Whatsapp, otherwise your booking cannot be considered a prove of presence which might cause being ghosted.

My tours are unique because I keep them 100% cultural dedicated with no shopping stops for the purpose of commissions during our walk.

Here is a brief:

Our walking tour begins by a stop at Mohammed V Square "Pigeons Square", which forms the central hub of the new city of Casablanca, and is home to some of the most impressive architecture in the city.

Together with the nearby United Nations Square, it is a large public square lined with palm trees that represents the place where the old and new town meet.

Followed by a relaxed stroll through Casablanca's Medina (old town) where will immerse yourself in the daily authentic life of the locals.

On the way to the Magnificent Mosque Hassan II we will stop by Rick’s Cafe which is a famous place after the classiy movie Casablanca 1942.

Finally we will finish our tour by a real must-see monument “Hassan II Mosque” from outside with its tallest minaret in the world. Admire the building from the outside and hear the amazing facts about its size.

Tarik was our guide through Casablanca! We really enjoyed the tour and his company, he was very kind to us and he made us recommendations. He showed us the corners of Casablanca and explained the history of each site in detail. We recommend this free tour and especially the work that Tarik did with us. We hope to return soon!
