The food tour in Istanbul had its ups and downs. Our guide was constantly in a hurry, turning it into a rushed experience. The group frequently separated, as the guide seemed oblivious to our cohesion. Moreover, some of the stations the guide wanted to show us were closed, hindering the authenticity of the food experience. Despite these flaws, it was still enjoyable to sample local cuisine. However, the rush and closed restaurants left us feeling disappointed. Consider other options for a more relaxed and authentic food journey.

Great way to taste authentic Turkish savoury and sweet foods. Fatih brought us to many hidden gems, that I would never have found myself. Purchasing food at each stop is not mandatory. It's best to have about 300 Turkish lira, in small notes, to allow you to pay easily at the different stops.

una linda experiencia probando sabores locales! Disfrutamos mucho el paseo y la compañía de fatih que también nos contó mucho de la historia de istambul, costumbres y nos llevó a lugares fuera del circuito turístico. Muchas gracias!

We got to visit several different spots, trying new things and exploring along the way. We tried the chicken milky dessert… just do it! Really enjoyed learning about different foods and their historical importance in the city. Thanks!
