Hello, we are three brothers Diego, Jorge & Joel, passionate about Guatemalan culture. Our training as a Tourist Guide has taken several years and we love to share the knowledge we have acquired, as well as the wonderful things that our country offers so that every traveler in the world can have good memories and a good experience during their visit. Art, history, architecture, photography and gastronomy is part of our interest and training in what concerns Guatemala. Likewise, every day we learn something new to share in the next experience with each traveler.
"A day in Antigua"
Visiting Antigua Guatemala and exploring every corner becomes an unforgettable experience, even more so when you visit it with a Guatemalan who likes to share, learn and make new friends.
The City of Santiago de Los Caballeros de Guatemala, today called "La Antigua Guatemala", has been the scene of various political, economic, religious, and sociocultural changes. It was declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO in 1979 and considered one of the most important cities in the country.
I like to make each tour a pleasant and interesting experience. Therefore, the tour that I offer you is based on the most emblematic sites of the city and to be able to see them our itinerary is as follows:
Itinerary:
Central Plaza where you can appreciate the buildings that were built during the formation of the city and that today continue to be appreciated for their function, historical and cultural value.
Arch of Saint Catherine. The most famous avenue in the city, where you can find several food, drink and nightlife options, as well as several markets that show you local crafts.
Church of La Merced. This monument represents the art and architecture of the city at its best with a unique and unrepeatable design that shows the cultural shock of our country.

Likewise, our walk can include places that adapt to the interest of our visitors. At the end of the walk I can suggest some places to taste local food and drink.
The Tour is free of reservation and cancellation, however, it is not a payment-free tour as the website advertises, we constantly train and invest in the platform so that you can be part of our event.

Meeting point: In front of Café barista located on the opposite side of La Plaza Central. I will be wearing a white t-shirt and will carry my Tourist Guide ID.
I will be outside Choco Museo which is very close to Café Barista, it is a large yellow house.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
