Free Tour of Prague Castle

Visit the courtyards of the largest castle in Europe and listen to the history of this palatial citadel that houses the St. Vitus Cathedral in its third courtyard.

We will wait for you near the Church of Saint Nicholas in Malá Strana, next to the tram stop. Then you will visit the monument in memory of epidemics, we will advance towards the steps of the Castle passing by renowned breweries. Going up to the Castle you will hear about famous people from the area. Arriving at the Plaza del Barrio del Castillo , we will remember some of the films shot on this stage , and we will also tell you about noble families. Then we will enter the Castle through the fourth courtyard. In the second courtyard you will notice Spanish historical traces on the facades.

In the third patio we will see the history of the Cathedral embodied in sculptures, and then listen to the allegories in the mosaics. We will try to peek inside.

We will continue to St. George's Basilica and the street of the same name, passing through the palaces of the most important people of the Kingdom of Bohemia , who were patrons of classical artists.

We will explain the details of the Callejón de Oro so that later you can visit it to your liking and we will finish the tour in a viewpoint in front of the vineyards of the Castle.
