An immersion in the history and curiosities of Frankfurt (2-hour free tour)
Welcome to Frankfurt! I'll accompany you to discover some of the city's most important attractions. We'll meet at St. Bartholomew's Cathedral , then visit the Town Hall Square and the Town Hall. Then, we'll see St. Paul's Church , the seat of the first German Democratic Parliament. A few steps away is the house where one of Europe's most important writers lived: Johann Wolfgang von Goethe ; today, the house is a museum open to the public. Continuing, you'll see one of Frankfurt's oldest buildings, the Hauptwache , and then, a little further, visit the building that houses the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The tour will conclude with a visit to the Alte Oper , a concert hall that was once used as an opera house.
