Tour description
Take a tour with me through the city center of Graz. Together we explore and discover the stories and tales of the city of Graz.
The tour starts at the Iron Gate (right by the statue)
We talk about life in the city that was the European Capital of Culture in 2003. Today the city has around 300,000 inhabitants and is therefore the second largest city in Austria after Vienna.
A tour of the city is impossible without enjoying the clock tower and a coffee or drink on the rooftops of Graz.
We learn why Graz is considered a young university city and what drives the city forward.
Our itinerary is as follows:
- First, let's take a look at Graz's main square and the city's town hall
- It then continues with the stairs up to the Graz clock tower and after a break down with the Schlossberg slide (depending on your wishes).
- Then we continue on foot to the Kunsthaus
- Before we get to the Kunsthaus, we make a short stop on the Murinsel to take some nice photos
- Finally we drink a coffee on the roofs of Graz
- Then the exciting tour is over and we drive back to the Iron Gate
- Depending on your wishes and time, we can still see a few sights of the city.
