I was born and raised in São Paulo, lived and experienced it in diverse ways. Love to show people around, have done it many times with traveling friends so I know the most interesting spots to see. I Am a volunteer in different organisations and love history, so will show you the history of this city and how it lead to the different social problems we have today, but in a fun and light way :)
We will take a tour of the charming Embu das Artes, a city near São Paulo that has an artistic tradition and one of the largest handicraft fairs in the world.
We will make our way through the colonial-style streets, passing by the Jesuit Church, tents of paintings, sculptures, and rustic furniture, from indigenous art to contemporary.
I will point out highlights, secret corners, and my favorite artisans, as well as local legends and the best restaurants and bars to try the local food.
The tour ends at the central square of the city.
