Al principio nos tocó correr un poco pero era porque teníamos que llegar al espectáculo del reloj. Juan Pablo explicó todo estupendamente, hacia las pausas necesarias para hablar y al final del tour se quedó bastante rato para ayudarnos en lo que necesitásemos. Nos gustó mucho y lo recomiendo.

We did the tour with him a couple of weeks ago and it was GREAT! Bartos was an excellent guide: not only he gave us lots of interesting information about the city, but also helped us understanding a bit more about Swiss culture and traditions. It was definitely a tour that was worth taking! He was friendly, open to all sorts of questions and knowledgeable. He even gave us a pdf with tips and suggestions at the end. Really good guide! Would 100000% recommend this tour! Bartos was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience very informative and entertaining. I've done a few tours now of different parts of Switzerland, however, I can confidently say that the tour with Bartos was the best of them all. What makes this tour special is that he makes you learn not only about Bern, but about Switzerland itself and life here. It was super interesting! What I really appreciated was that he was so attentive to my elderly parents, even though the rest of the group were young. He took a slower pace and even helped my parents take a lift down instead of some steep steps which was very kind. He also stopped at places where they could have a sit down...super kind! Bartos is excellent and I hope he identifies himself as a professional tour guide because he is! Thank you Bartos for one of the best experiences of our trip.

Bartos was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was running late due to a missed train connection, and he shared live location with me so I could join 5 minutes late. The places he showed us were interesting, and he had good anecdotes and history to share with us that really brought the tour and the town of Bern to life. Very helpful with suggestions of where else to visit as well. So glad I joined this tour!

Bartos was engaging and did an amazing job of making the vast history of Bern manageable and able to be enjoyed in a couple of hours. He was interactive, easy to chat with, ask questions, he provided a list of recommendations and was down to earth, offering practical information and making the time so interesting. I really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Bern!
